- Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate
- Must be able to perform effectively assigned routine patient care tasks.
- Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively (up to 80% of work time) with sick and/or irritable patients in order to gain their cooperation and allay apprehensions.
- BLS required
RESPONSIBILITIES- Responds to patients call lights promptly and graciously to determine patients needs and communicates required needs to appropriate personnel.
- Must be able to read, write and perform arithmetic calculations for proper patient identification and to take and record weights, intake and output, and vital signs.
- Performs and documents direct comprehensive, family and patient centered care under the direct supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Provides world class customer service to patients and families.
- Reports patient conditions directly to licensed nursing staff to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Maintains a safe and clean patient and family centered environment

EDUCATION:LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting.

PAY RANGE:$16.38 - $21.83The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
