SYNERGY HomeCare of Palm Bay -Synergy HomeCare of Palm Bay provides care to their clients and gives support to their caregivers in making an impact on helping Seniors age in the comfort of their own home.SYNERGY HomeCare is recruiting Certified HHA's or CNAs for the following areas: Cape Canaveral and Titusville area for Day shift for ongoing casesAs a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:* Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.* Assist clients with ADL's, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.* Establish communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.* Adhere to policies and procedures set by office administration.* Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.Qualifications & Requirements* HHA Certificate or CNA License (Florida)* Current FIRST AID & CPR certification* Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months* Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse.* Reliable transportation/Valid driver's license.* Experience with Alzheimer's and Dementia, Memory care a plus!* Bilingual (Spanish ) a plus! *but not a requirement*SYNERGY HomeCare offers:* Competitive pay ($16.00/hr - $18.00/hr)* Direct deposit* W2 employment (not 1099)* Flexible schedules (Short shifts, Day shift and weekends)Synergy HomeCare provides:* Supportive team approach* Family atmosphere work environment and so much more......If you would like to join our outstanding team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Palm Bay, apply today!
