Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN.
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs and other health information.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Assist with mobility and transportation of patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Follow care plans and document patient interactions accurately.
- Report any changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
Qualifications:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
