Example of Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide Direct Care: Assume daily responsibility and accountability for the physical care of assigned residents.
- Technical Skills: Perform basic technical skills, adhering to the Nursing Department's policies and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work efficiently and cooperatively with residents/patients, families, nursing personnel, and other facility departments.
- Communication: Effectively communicate treatment information, nursing actions, resident needs, and observations to the appropriate persons, and document this information in line with Nursing Department policies.
- Supportive Environment: Support Nursing Services and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
Minimum QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or the equivalent. Licensure/Certifications: Certification or Registration as a Nursing Assistant or Nurse Aide. Experience: None.
