Lenbrook skilled nursing center is 60 private rooms with remarkable staff-to-patient ratios of 1:6 for CNAs and 1:20 for LPNs/RNs. Our center consist of 3 floors with 20 beds on each offering rehab, memory care, and long-term skilled care. We redefined long-term care by prioritizing quality through lower clinician-to-patient ratios, ensuring each individual receives the utmost attention and support. Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care
QualificationsQualifications:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- CPR certification
