**NIGHT SHIFT**
**(Rotating 8 hour & 12 hour shifts w/ weekend rotation)**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Accurately document in medical records and respond to emergent situations within the CNA scope.
+ Support unit activities like answering calls, passing meal trays, and transporting residents.
+ Provide direct resident care (bathing, feeding, dressing, etc.) as directed by RN/LPN, maintaining a safe, organized environment.
+ Manage supplies and equipment to facilitate resident care, including setting up care equipment, stocking, and assisting with nourishment.
+ Conduct routine tests, such as taking resident weights and vital signs, and report changes in resident status to RN/LPN.
+ Actively support department improvements, assume responsibility for assignments, and maintain professional communication and relationships.
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Knowledge of body mechanics and transfer techniques.
+ Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
**Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:**
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
+ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license REQUIRED
