Tenure program!Must Have the Following:* Certified Nursing Assistant Certification per state requirements* Ability to work every other weekend* Compliant with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements with respect to criminal history* Must have proof of Covid-19 vaccinationDUTIES:* Assist our residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to showers and grooming, patient safety.* Document all patient care in the POC* Always promote the highest level of customer experience when interacting with family members, visitors, and co-workers* Provide a clean, safe, non-hazardous unit for the residents.* Maintain all program policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.* Be flexible to meet the change in residents' needs.
