Job Description:
Overview: An Occupational Therapy Assistant, (COTA/OTA), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department and Senior Living Community. Clover Manor is a large, dually certified 250+ bed rehab facility that works with our geriatric population across the continuum from ALF- LTC with single occupant skilled rooms located close to restaurants and close to interstate 95. Clover has an intergraded preschool on-site where the children and gran-friends intermingle on a daily. We have a great rehab team of physical, occupational and speech therapists that work well together. Therapists will perform evaluations, treatments, patient & family education, and caregiver training while working with a diverse multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for someone who is upbeat and able to work in a fast paced environment. Scheduling is flexible. Responsibilities and Qualifications:The qualified candidate will:
  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility and Senior Living setting
  • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
  • Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
  • Work well with others in a team setting
  • Be flexible with hours.
