Requirements / Qualifications
* Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification from the California Board of Occupational Therapy (CBOT) or Valid certification issued by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) - Valid California driver's license with evidence of insurability - Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate issued by an authorized agency
* Certification (Occupational Therapy Assistant Certification CBOT or National Board Certification of Occupational Therapy - NBCOT)
* Letter of Introduction (Must be on Word or PDF document - photos are not acceptable)
* Resume (Must include your most recent experience - photos are not acceptable)
