- Types of cases: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurology, Vascular, Obstetrics. No Cardiac, no Pediatrics.
- Credentialing time: 21 days
- Requirements: Board certification
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): N/A; paper charting.
