Current Model: Physician-based, transitioning to a hybrid model (1 attending to 3 CRNAs).
- Staffing: ANE MDs are through a physician-run group; CRNAs are hospital employees.
- Schedule: 5 days per week, 10s or 12s; must work at least 2 weeks per month.
- Cases: Bread & butter + OB preferred (no cardiac or thoracic).
- EMR: EPIC
- Contract: 6 months to 1 year, starting approximately 60 days from the offer.
- Experience: Prefer 3-4 years, confident and adaptable candidates due to staffing model change.
- OR Breakdown: 30 total ORs (21 Main, 2 C-section, 3 Cardiac).
- Patient Volume: 1700 deliveries/year, very busy OR.
- Unity Hospital (15 mins away): May float; lighter case load, with cases including Ortho, blocks, thoracic, vascular, and spine.
