Schedule/Availability Requirements:(40 hours/week) Open to 4 10's or 5 8's - full time need.Job Details:* Level III Trauma Center* Collaborative MD/CRNA relationship* NO CALL REQUIREMENTS (do have weekend and day call if interested)* Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics): adolescents, adults, geriatrics* Types of cases/Specialty mix: Level III Trauma Center.* Must be comfortable with all cases General (Laparoscopic cholecystectomy/appy) , Robotic (Gastric Bypass, prostates), vascular (Endo AAA, A-V fistulas, CAE s), ortho, mastectomies, cystoscopy s)Credentialing Information:* 6 weeks could be faster if provider is MA licensed* Requirements: BLS, ACLSSubmission Requirement:* MA license - Highly preferred* Board Certified* Clean background* Minimum of 2 years experience
