• Active ME license or IMLC/Compact - REQUIRED
• List availability - REQUIRED
• Must indicate how proficient candidate is with EPIC - REQUIRED TO NOTE
• Covid and Flu vaccine - REQUIRED - NO EXEMPTIONS or EXCEPTIONS. Full Time availability - REQUIRED
