Local Team Collaboration:

  • Join our close-knit team of two physicians and nine CRNAs at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas.
  • Practice to the top of your license in a collegial family-like team.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a CRNA in Texas.
Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling:

  • We provide a variety of flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
  • The position includes a limited home call rotation occurring approximately every 2 1/2 weeks and weekend call every 9th weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide anesthetic care alongside a team of physicians and CRNAs.
  • Manage healthy OB/GYN, Ortho, Plastics, Peds ENT, GI/Endo patients.
  • Run seven points of service daily that taper down as the day progresses.

Rewards and Benefits:

  • Compensation:
    • Yearly compensation is $300k.
    • A commencement bonus is available for this position.
    • Call shifts paid separately: $600 for weekday calls and $2600 for weekend calls.
  • Benefits:
    • This position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor role.
    • Sound paid malpractice insurance including tail coverage
