Job Description:
- Coverage Needed:
- January 2025 - ongoing
- 6 month assignment with possibility to extend
- Mon - Fri
- Daily start time: 7a
- Potential for 8's, 10's , 12's, 16's
- Beeper weekday call: 7p-7a, 7p-11p
- Beeper weekend call: 7a-11p
- Clinical Information:
- Hospital based setting
- EMR: Epic
- Types of Cases: cardiac, ortho, neuro, general, urology, ENT, bariatric, vascular, thoracic, OB/GYN, peds, and trauma
- 660 bed facility
- Level 1 trauma center, Level 3 NICU
- Site uses Qgenda
- Level of autonomy: 1:4
- APPs do regional blocks
- Labor epidural/spinal services
- Staffing Model: 16 Generalist and 3 CV Anesthesiologist/54 APPs
- Number ORs staffed daily: 28 sites + OB
- Required:
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Active GA License
- Board Certified
- Must be wiling to take call 1-2 shifts per month
