- 1099 Service Agreement:
- Hourly base rate of $190/hour.
- Regional blocks stipend of +$5/hour.

- Potential for total compensation of $325k-$345k for full-time (1712 hours).
- Full-Time Hospital-Employed:
- Stipends for OB, Pediatrics, and Regional Blocks.

Responsibilities:
- Anesthesia Administration: Administer and monitor anesthesia for surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Critical Care: Provide critical care support as needed, including airway management, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
- Certifications: Current certification by the AANA (American Association of Nurse Anesthetists).
- Experience:
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in anesthesia practice is preferred.
Schedule:
- Flexible: Self-scheduling with options for 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, part-time or full-time.
- Location Options: Practice at the main hospital or a combination of locations, including a surgery center.
