- Overview*We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in anesthesia practices and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing surgical procedures across various specialties, including pediatrics and geriatrics.*Duties** Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and vital signs.* Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout procedures to ensure safety.* Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthesia care plans.* Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with healthcare teams.* Maintain accurate records of patient care and anesthesia administration using electronic health record systems such as Epic.* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding anesthesia processes and post-operative care.* Stay updated on advancements in anesthesia techniques and practices.*Qualifications** Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).* Experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting is preferred.* Proficient in patient monitoring techniques and systems related to anesthesia care.* Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to surgical procedures.* Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments with attention to detail.* Experience working in hospital settings with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Join us in making a difference in the lives of our patients by providing safe and effective anesthesia care.
