Job Description:

St. Josephs Health, located in Syracuse, New York, is seeking to recruit CRNAs to join our robust team of highly experienced providers. This position requires coverage in the hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center.

Opportunity Details:

  • Full-time, 2080 hours annually
  • Vascular, orthopedics, spine, general surgery, urology, obstetrics, gynecology, and cardiac cases
  • Minimal pediatrics, mostly at ASC

REQUIREMENTS - Applicants should have the following:

  • Current RN license
  • Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
  • Certified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE

St. Josephs Health offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes:

  • Compensation:
    • $260,000.00 annually for 0-2 years of experience
    • $275,000.00 annually for 2+ years of experience
    • 1.5x premium pay for excess hours and weekend hours
    • Shift differential for evenings and nights
    • Cardiac CRNA stipend available
  • $100,000.00 sign on bonus
  • Retention stipend for the first 2 years
  • Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances
  • Paid malpractice, including post-employment tail coverage
  • CME time & expense allowance
  • 7 weeks paid time away from the practice
  • Retirement savings program with employer matching program.

Compensation Information:$260000.00 / Annually - $275000.00 / Annually
