Cincinnati, OH Full-time $150,000.00 - $200,000.00Posted 09/06/2024We are one of the top Design/Build firms in Cincinnati, OH specializing in New Construction & Remodeling for financial institution clients nationwide. We're looking for a CFO to join our executive leadership team. The CFO demands a unique blend of financial expertise and industry-specific knowledge. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term goals. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and economic modeling specific to construction projects.Prepare annual financial budget and update the forecasts on a quarterly basis or as needed by CEO/Owner.Oversee tax planning and strategies. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks specific to the construction industry, including contract risks, bonding requirements, and insurance considerations.Strategic Planning: Participate, develop and/or implement on-going and develop new ways of strategic planning.Work closely with Human Resources in areas that overlap due to compensation, savings, assistance with insurance quotes and acceptance, etc.Technology Integration: Evaluate, oversee and implement technology solutions that cater to the specific needs of the construction industry.
