DescriptionA CFO opportunity in Central Iowa is available for a successful and experienced individual with a proven track record in managing a complex, privately held organization encompassing various industries and multiple entities. This position demands a unique skillset, including the following prerequisites:Previous experience in public accounting, preferably Big 4 audit, due to the complexity and exposurePrior experience handling multiple entities under one consolidation, with no less than 20 entitiesExperience working with multiple banks and managing revolver funds and long-term debtsFamiliarity with both publicly traded and family-owned structures is preferredA solid understanding of taxExperience with 10-Q, reporting to investor companiesExperience in raising capital funds would be advantageousStrong leadership skills, with a capacity to lead a team of top performersCPA certification is preferred, along with an MBA. However, experience is key!The candidate must reside near Ames, Iowa, as commuting from Des Moines on a daily basis would be impractical. Relocation offers are available.
