KBW has partnered with a local non-profit in their search for a CFO. This is a great opportunity to take a leadership role with an organization that has a great mission statement. The CFO will report to the President of the organization and be responsible for all accounting, finance, contracts, insurance and Information Technology. The CFO will be responsible for the following:**Local candidates only – this role will be in office full-time to start**• Oversee all accounting and finance for the organization• Assure compliance with policies and procedures, grants and contracts• Submit monthly billing to state agencies• Prepare annual budget and monitor actuals• Assist department managers with budget preparation• Maintain records for board reporting• Schedule and oversee annual audit• Review intercompany allocations• Perform Balance sheet and Income statement consolidation• Prepare and review grant applications• Ensure the completion of annual reporting• Coordinate fund raising activitiesRequirements for the CFO include:• A bachelor's degree in finance or Accounting related field• Advanced qualifications, MBA or CPA preferred• More than ten years of experience in Accounting and Finance• More than three years' experience in financial leadership positions• Good systems skills• Non-profit industry experience requiredCompensation: $160,000 - $200,000 DOEFor additional information, please forward a copy of your resume and contact information in Word Document form to Merry Doyle at ...@kbwfinancial.com#LI-MD1
