CFS Worker Qualifications: CFS Worker must have an Associate degree in the human services field of study OR 3 years of experience, coordinating/navigating services for persons with intellectual disabilities. Duty Statement: The CFS Worker will provide 1:1 ratio assistance to the participant and family in the language of their choice, at home and in the community. The CFS Worker is responsible for helping the participant obtain his/her IPP objectives using the developed ISP. The CFS Worker will maintain current car insurance and transport the consumer to keep their appointments or attend community-based activities if and when public transportation is not suitable or available. Clerical Skills are a Plus: Duty Statement: The clerical duties, including but not limited to filing documentation, scheduling meetings, and answering phones. The right Candidate will organize program documentation; keep participant information confidential; carry out various tasks related to documentation and training.
