Overview:
As a Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in facilitating organizational transformations by assessing, analyzing, and managing the impact of changes across various business functions within Lakeview Loan Servicing. You will work closely with project teams, Business Owners, and leadership to ensure smooth transitions, minimize disruptions, and maximize the adoption of change initiatives. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, plus an annual bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Director of Change Management, Product Owner, and Business Owners in evaluating the potential impact of proposed changes on processes, systems, and people. Analyze implications on stakeholders.
- Identify stakeholders, assess their interests, concerns, and influence levels. Develop tailored engagement strategies to secure buy-in.
- Evaluate organizational readiness for change, addressing cultural, capacity, and capability factors. Develop mitigation strategies for barriers.
- Collaborate on comprehensive change plans aligned with project goals. Define clear strategies for successful adoption.
- Develop and execute survey communication plans to keep stakeholders engaged. Coordinate with Instructional Design group to support adaptation to new processes.
- Provide ongoing support during change implementation, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment with goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives. Proactively address resistance and obstacles.
- Maintain accurate records of change activities. Generate reports to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions.
- Mortgage origination experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in SharePoint, ServiceNow, JIRA, Trello is a plus
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
