The Change Hub Operations Lead is responsible for providing project management and operations support for the Change Hub team. This is a highly detailed position to help support and coordinate key change initiatives across the firm and support events with cross-functional teams.

How you will contribute:

  • Create project plans and supporting their execution

    • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools

    • Manage organization of stakeholder meetings (both in-person and virtual)

    • Support meetings by developing agendas, taking notes, and following through on next steps

    • Create deliverables to support planning and executing change management strategies for key initiatives across the firm

    • Measure ROI and success of each project and complete necessary reports

  • Support operations of the Change Hub team

    • Manage list of change hub event participants

    • Create weekly agendas for internal Change Hub meetings and prepare team for weekly meetings

    • Manage project tracker and status update reports

    • Complete Quarterly Report to share with stakeholders

    • Enhance efficiency and internal processes within the Change Hub

  • Plan and execute Collaboration Events and Strategic Alignment Sessions

    • Manage communications with stakeholders to identify the objective and output of the sessions

    • Support the planning, development, and execution of Collaboration Events and Strategic Alignment Sessions, including logistics and organization with the Meetings and Events team (hotels, travel, meals, etc.)

    • As needed on-site event support (printing, AV set up, lunch/hospitality needs)

    • Create professional presentations for events and final artifacts, combining notes and observations from the sessions into deliverable

    • Help create next steps and project plans following sessions

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in a related field required, Bachelors degree preferred

  • 5-9 years of related experience

  • Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe

  • Expert project management skills with experience using Smartsheet, Planview, and other project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years or more of related experience
