Our client, a leading global company, is seeking a Change Management Consultant III to join their team. As a Change Management Consultant III, you will be part of the Business Change team supporting the Global Integrated Value Chain (IVC) program. The ideal candidate will have excellent change management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful change management initiatives.Job Title: Change Management Consultant IIILocation: Remote supporting ESTPay Range: DOEContract: 10 months with possible extension or conversionWhat's the Job?Create and maintain a view of program changes with a focus on the impact to people and adoption, identifying any challenges that exist and facilitating resolution of these challenges.Assess and classify the change portfolio to determine the right business/people change strategy and approach.Recognize and manage any people dependencies across technology change initiatives allowing you to maximize the impact of your team in delivering the program/projects.Provide expert change strategy, change and communications planning to technology-enabled business change challenges.Define and measure success criteria with regard to the way we manage change and adoption, as well as implementing appropriate mechanisms to gather actionable employee feedback, generating actions and tracking them to successful implementation.What's Needed?Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.10+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a global organization.Proven track record of delivering successful change management initiatives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
