Position DescriptionPOSITION TITLE: Change Management Intern EXEMPT: EFFECTIVE DATE: 2.15.24 NON-EXEMPT: XGeneral Summary:Complete data and document downloading of critical day to day information and disperse to internal Aisin departments. Assisting in general Project Management tasks and completing other duties as assigned that will help the team succeed in successful Project implementation.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Log ECIs, FSRs, ECRs, SCRs, Tech Memo's etc. in the internal database and distribute among the internal departments
- Creation of Change Packets and other data processing as needed
- Package and ship trial orders as needed
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma.
- Fluent in use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills
