UniFirst Corporation's Organizational Lead Management (OCM) team has an opening for an experienced Change Management Lead. This person will focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The Change Management Lead will work under the guidance of OCM team to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes. These changes will result in more efficient processes, improved customer experience and higher return on the Company's investments.
Responsibilities:
- Own change management for OCM to support ERP implementation, Oracle
- Assess change impact and create change management strategy
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance to the change
- Consult and coach project teams
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan
- Support communication, documentation, and training efforts
- Create and support engagement efforts
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Coach managers and supervisors
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Integrate change management activities into project plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Manage stakeholders
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
QualificationsRequirements:
- Prefer Bachelor's Degree in the following: Education, Communications, Engagement, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Human Resources, or other related area
- Change management certification a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Change Management
- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus, preferably Oracle
- A solid understanding of how people experience change
- Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, processes, and tools
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Combination of remote work and in-office, with up to 25% travel
