Lead and influence with informal authority. Large scale enterprise transformations. Developing and adapting people readiness plans in an Agile delivery environment. Strategic thinker who fosters collaboration to produce informed decision-making and help colleagues maximize adoption of transformation objectives Executive communications and deck building, story telling and data visualization Scrum/Agile experience.
