Minimum of 5+ years of experience with a management or IT consulting firm, or in a similar industry role.
Proven expertise in Organizational Change Management; certifications preferred.
Experience with ERP adoption and related change initiatives highly desired.
Strong understanding of industry methods for project management, process improvement, and change management.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver creative, well-written communication for senior leadership.
Self-starter, team player, and effective leader in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
