General Summary of Position:As a pivotal member of the Granite Channels organization, the Client Engagement Coordinator leverages expertise in Granite business practices to facilitate the flow of information supporting the pre-sale decision process. By working with sales constituents from the Relationship Development and Regional Channel Management teams, the CEC is responsible for coordinating efforts to ensure continuity throughout the engagement.Duties and Responsibilities:

- Participate in strategic support sessions led by Sales
- Explanation and demonstration of Granite systems and processes
- Point of contact in the absence of Sales
- Oversight and facilitation of the quoting process as it pertains to clients with progress tracking mechanism
- Interact with Finance, Legal, Engineering, and other departments to ensure fluidity and progress toward a positive outcome
- Proof Of Concept and New parent /New Revenue Initiatives:
- In conjunction with Sales, schedule regular calls and follow up with client to determine next steps
- Formulate project plan with milestone and expected completion dates
- Utilize Salesforce.com to monitor all communications in support of Channel Managers and other team members
- Build trust and establish good commercial relationships with clients, agent partners and teams assigned
- Other projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Intermediate knowledge of MicroSoft suite, SalesForce.com, CRM systems, Project Management
