Motivated, self-motivated, good communicator, able to direct and assist staff, and good time management. Works well with building relationships within the organization. QualificationsEmployee must obtain Basic Life support (BLS) Certification with 30 days of hire date and maintain continuous certification throughout their employment. Failure to maintain certification may result in corrective action. Employee must obtain Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS and PALS) Certification within 12 months of hire date and maintain continuous certification throughout their employment.
