Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Charter Customer Service representative at Waypoints Yacht Charters in Annapolis, MD. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering outstanding customer service experiences daily.
