Operations Clerk- Temporary (20 hours per week/flexible scheduling of morning or afternoons)CH Brown Company, LLC - Wheatland JOB SUMMARY:The Temporary Operations Clerk primary duty is data entry and completion of document imaging. Must have the skill and ability to work independently and with other team members. Communication and soft skills, as well as customer service experience are necessary. RESPONSIBILITIES:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:a. Scan and electronically file documents in Synergy systems. b. File documents once scanning is complete.c. Maintain an orderly, organized, and professional work center. d. Perform all other duties of a similar nature.e. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Qualifications:1. High School diploma or equivalent.2. Competent keyboarding and computer use skills.3. General areas of competency: dependability, personal development, workplace safety, evaluation and interpersonal skills, prioritization, problem solving, teamwork, and time management.4. Must be capable of working wit and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. Physical Requirements:Light Work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, finger dexterity, grasping, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, climbing, kneeling, talking, hearing, pulling, pushing, and repetitive motions. Thinking, concentrating, listening, speaking, and interacting with others.
