Operation of milk and sweet cream HTSTs according to Standard Operating Procedures. Monitoring product quality throughout the production process. Maintain sanitary conditions on all equipment via CIP and manual cleaning Performing all duties in a safe manner, complying with all applicable safety practices. Communicate effectively with the Cheese Supervisor and other employees. Maintaining complete and up-to-date production records as required. Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Helping teams manage samples, F/ P accuracy, silo emptying and /or washing, etc. Any additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Must be a minimum of 18 years old. Ability to pass a physical abilities test to assess ability to bend, reach, lift, pull, and climb stairs/ladders as required for the position. Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Action oriented and the capacity to drive for results.
