The buyer of cheese consists of purchasing to ensure healthy inventory and back stock levels, as well as preparing and executing all tasks involving ordering for the monthly sales. The Buyer is focused on maintaining an abundant variety of products and ensuring the cases are FULL of the items guests want. The buyer is focused on ordering so that inventory levels are consistent and appropriate, keeping margin in mind. They are devoted to maintaining a beautifully organized and clean department with staff that is well-trained and knowledgeable.
