How You Will Make Contributions That Matter. Relieve Cheese Department operators in all jobs positions for vacations & PTO. Assume the roles of the operator with a minimum of disruption to the business. Vacation Relief Operators must have the ability to retain functional knowledge of all of the jobs within the cheese plant over extended periods of time away from each position. During periods that all vacation relief operators are not needed to cover vacations the excess vacation relief operators will be assigned work as needed, including coverage of individual PTO days.
