Culinary - Chef / Cook - Heather Heights of PittsfordWe are looking for an organized & motivated Chef to join our team! This position is 4-5 days per week and you will have involvement in menu planning, food preparation and product ordering and storage.Must be proficient in Food Preparation, Meal Planning, Basic Culinary Knowledge, Kitchen/Dining Room Management and Training & Compliance.Minimum Qualifications: Culinary Arts degree (or equivalent), Restaurant Cooking Experience, Large Quantity Batch Cooking and Awareness of Specalized DietsPrefered Skills: Prior Experience as Executive or Sous Chef, Supervisory Experience and Knowledge of New York State DOH StandardsBenefit Conditions:
