Elmbrook Court Care Home (Wantage) a part of Oakland Care is recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie**

**Location:** Elmbrook Court Care Home

**Hours:** 40 hours per week

**Salary:** 12.00 per hour

**Contract:** Permanent

**Your key responsibilities in the role as a Chef de Partie will include:**

* Cooking for our residents, at all times considering residents individual preferences and dietary requirements

* Preparing and serving meals

* Guiding, directing and coaching junior kitchen staff

* Working closely with other chefs, chef assistants and senior management team

* Stock control; stock replenishing/ordering

* Managing the Food Safety and H&S requirements and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up to date

* You will need impeccable communication skills, relevant qualifications, food hygiene certificate, aware of all the regulations, knowledge of therapeutic diets and experience of delivering a high-quality service as a Chef is essential.
