Long standing business in Hudson is looking for a chef! Applicants should have a minimum 5 years experience in a kitchen and preferably at least 1 year of experience as a sous chef. Position will manage the day to day operations of a busy cafe and prepared foods case. Attention to detail is a must. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Staff Scheduling
• Ordering
• Inventory tracking
• Maintaining health code standards
• Daily production alongside the kitchen team
• Quality control and tasting
• Menu development with the Culinary Director
• Paying attention to and keeping food cost and waste under control
