Job will require Food cost knowledge, budgeting, assist with creation, training and hiring/firing duties. Chef should know proper communication and delegation. Work well under pressure and have work consistency. Pitanga North is a good opportunity for an upcoming chef looking to have a place to grow and to showcase skills. You will be working along side Chef/Owner Raquel Furtado who is experienced in kitchen/business and overall operation.
