Chem-Aqua Services Dispatch Coordinator to join our Chem-Aqua Services Department and be responsible for providing logistical support for a team of service technicians in our diverse markets throughout the United States. They will report to our current Chem-Aqua Services Dispatch Manager. Responsibilities: - Provide customer service to Chem Aqua sales representatives and their customers, sales managers, service technicians as well as internal and external contacts
- Schedule jobs based on prioritization and efficiency
- Construct, dispatch jobs in SalesForce.com and maintain daily schedules for Chem-Aqua Service technicians
- Daily communication via phone and/or email with sales reps and their customers, technicians and managers as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements for service technicians as needed
- Perform other administrative related duties such as expense reports, billing, parts ordering, compliance, maintenance files, and miscellaneous requests as assigned and based off of special projects given.
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Position Requirements: - Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in service customer service/dispatch
- Ability to learn and maintain multiple software systems
- SalesForce.com experience a plus
- Service type schedule/coordination experience is preferred; dispatching 10-15 trucks daily
- Highly polished phone and in-person presence, with the ability to problem solve on the fly
- Candidate must be very flexible, organized, able to manage multiple projects and able to work with all levels of staff
- Must have a positive attitude, a commitment to client service and a willingness to support the office team with a variety of assignments
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior customer service and/or receptionist experience is a plus
