We are expanding our team with ambitious, driven, creative problem solvers and doers who are excited about tackling a challenge and delivering a new product to market.We are looking for Chemical Engineers, who will support various aspects of our chemical engineering operations, with a focus on data analysis, experimentation, and ensuring the successful operation of our lab and pilot units. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks related to process development, data acquisition, and safety compliance.What You Will Be Doing
  • Support the development of commercial module models by acquiring and analyzing data in both laboratory and field settings.
  • Execute experiments to gather essential data for model development and process optimization.
  • Write programs and interpret data to provide valuable insights to technical teams.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting for various test periods, including sensitivity to temperature and pressure, historical data interpretation, and process emulation support.
  • Act as a troubleshooter, providing diagnostic support and identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Perform data analysis and manual sample composition analysis to support the Pilot Unit's objectives.
  • Support R&D activities in the lab, including operating, maintaining, and implementing upgrades.
  • Manage experiment test plans and execution.
  • Train new technicians on the execution of experiments in the lab to ensure consistency and safety.
  • Actively participate in safety reviews as a member of the Safety Committee, contributing to a culture of safety and adherence to safety protocols.
What You Will Bring to the Table
  • Bachelor's degree or higher Chemical Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in programming and data interpretation.
  • Hands-on experience with chemical process equipment and instrumentation.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and the ability to contribute to safety initiatives.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, especially in a dynamic startup environment.
Salary and BenefitsCompensation for this role is $70,000 - $87,000 annually, and will be based on experience. A brief summary of our main benefits include:
