Job Description:Load and monitor chemical reactions per SOP Perform necessary maintenance on associated equipment Package urethane batches as required per SOP Accurately record system data as required per Lean standards Complete job assignments per Lean manufacturing concepts Physically able to perform duties in a safe and efficient mannerSkills/Experience:Minimum high school education some college preferred CRC requirements: Locating Information 4, Reading 5, and Math 4 Experience with loading and monitoring of chemical reactions requiring accurate additions to meet product specifications preferred. Experience with vacuum systems will be viewed as a plus Computer skills in Microsoft programs Excel and Word Previous experience in Lean manufacturing environment Ability to multi-task with emphasis on Safety and Quality
