We're looking for people who embody our values and demonstrate the desire to learn new skills. The ideal candidate should live in Manchester, CT area or be comfortable with the commute.This role will start off with an hourly rate of $20.00/hr. Individuals working on either second or third shift will receive a shift differential to their hourly pay.Monday - Friday:* First Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm* Second Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm* Third Shift: 11:00 pm - 7:00 amWhat You Will Do* Manufacture of foam necessary in the production of various wound care products within current company policies and procedures.* Adhere to good manufacturing/documentation practices and/or relevant ISO/regulatory standards.* Ensure that all relevant quality paperwork is completed including work orders and cleaning logs.* Comply with OSHA safety and health rules and establish a safety-first mindset.* The orderly storage of work in progress including proper identification of lot designation and product status.* Maintain facility and production area cleanliness.* Evaluate and make recommendations regarding improvements to methods and procedures in assigned areas.* All other duties as assigned.Who You Are* High School diploma or equivalent.* Related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.* Comfortable with wearing full-face respirator during shift.* Requires ability to perform general math computations.* Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.* Requires ability to take initiative to solve problems.* Ability to lift to approximately 60 lbs and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.* Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shift with appropriate rest and meal breaks.About Our DEI CultureGuided by our Beliefs & Behavior, our culture is the foundation that connects our history with our future.
