In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience by sampling production lines, handling raw materials, packaging products, and managing waste â all while receiving full training on the job. No prior experience is required; just a willingness to learn and grow.If you're ready to work in shifts and take on an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, we want you to be part of our journey to ensure safe and reliable operations!ResponsibilitiesIn your team, you will be responsible for:The safe operation of the unit, compliance with health requirements and protection of the environment.Ensuring production of material meets strict quality standards.Preparing raw materials, charging the reactors, and taking samples during the manufacturing process.Pumping our final products into their packages (e.g., drums, tank wagons or others).Ensuring that all waste generated on shift is properly labeled and stored.Work with the supervisor to address issues and report production incidents & emergencies, and assist in training our junior operators.Work with team members and ensure team objectives are met.Ensure efficient and accurate information transfer between different shifts.Required skills and experiencePrior experience in chemical manufacturing is a plus.Ability to work any shift.Physical RequirementsLong periods of standing.Walking and sitting.Ability to wear certified safety equipment as required.Lifting capability of up to 50 pounds/20kg.Climbing ladders.Repetitive movements among others.QualificationsWe offerWe are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
