- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, with a focus on organic synthesis; candidates with a Bachelor's degree and exceptional experience may also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in organic chemistry research or product development.
- Proficiency in experimental design software and formulation chemistry.
- Familiarity with DNA, RNA, enzyme, antibody, and antigen chemistry is highly desirable.
