Candidates will have access to research facilities in the Heiser Natural Science Building. We are looking for candidates who are committed to excellence in undergraduate teaching and research.The successful candidate is expected to contribute to course offerings that range from introductory to advanced. In addition to two courses per semester, the successful candidate will teach students in small group situations and include supervising undergraduate research and honors theses, and sponsoring student-centered tutorials. Undergraduate research has a central role in the curriculum, and a senior thesis is required of all students.
