Flushing Hospital Medical Center is a 293-bed, not-for-profit teaching hospital. The hospital offers a variety of services for a culturally diverse community, including Bariatric Surgical Service, Ambulatory Care Center, Women's Health Center, Wound Care Center, and Chemical Dependence Unit. Our busy on-site full-service pharmacy provides prescription services to discharged, emergency department, and clinic patients as well as employees.The Chemistry Department at Flushing Hospital Medical Center is seeking experienced Chemistry Technologist. RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect samples from patients and run tests. These tests analyze tissue, bodily fluids, and other bodily substances for a wide variety of purposes. Two years of Chemistry experience. NYSDOH License. ASCP or eligible preferred. Must be able to work independently.
