Cherry Picker Operator with Small Picking Experience! Our client is a leading provider in aftermarket automotive. As a Cherry Picker Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a cherry picker to move products, materials, supplies and position as requested. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cherry picker equipment to transport materials to designated areas.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the cherry picker to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating equipment.
- Coordinate with warehouse or staff to fulfill operational needs and objectives.
- Accurately record and report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines for loading, unloading, and positioning materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating cherry picker equipment.
- Valid certification or license for operating cherry pickers preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as required.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
