Experienced Cherry Picker Operators NeededAdecco has an immediate opportunity for Cherry Picker Operators in Forest, VA. These jobs are temp-to-hire opportunities with benefits.Shifts & PayMust be available to work 8-10 hour shifts depending on business needs.· 1st Shift – $17/hour; must be available between 4:30am to 2:30pm· 2nd Shift – $18/hour; must be available between 3:00pm to 1:00am*Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered: *· High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others· Has (or is willing to obtain) a Forklift certification per OSHA standards· Prefer 1 year of forklift experience· Valid driver's license· Ability to pass a forklift assessment· Able to withstand heights of 35-40 feetWhat's in this for you?· Pay starting at $17-$18 per hour, plus overtime as needed· Weekly paycheck· Warehouse work environment - dress casual and enjoy a laidback atmosphere.· Access to Adecco's Aspire Academy ( with thousands of free upskilling courses*Responsibilities for Cherry Pickers include but are not limited to: *· Safely operates cherry picker and other power industrial equipment as needed· Picks/packs, Inspects, Ships merchandise to customers· Accurately performs data entry via PC/RF· Achieves production (UPH) standards in all areas· Achieves quality (IQA) standards in all areas· Works with team members in support of process improvements and cost reductions· Understands team objectives within assigned work area· Applies basic skills and procedural knowledge within assigned work area· Reports to work as scheduled, using time clock system· Completes other duties as assigned by supervisor· Must be able to assist in any area of merchandise processing during busy periodsWhat are you waiting for?
